- Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, and unworn.

- Personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or a printing error.

- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions.

- Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your return.

- If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and you should see the credit on your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Personalized Items

Personalized items are made just for you, which means we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or an error in the printing. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order to avoid any issues.

Order Processing

- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping

- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance for international orders.

Payment

- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations

- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as the order may have already been processed.

PRINTFUL AND PRINTIFY-SPECIFIC POLICIES

Damaged or Defective Items

- Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

- If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at admin@commetivebyaam.com with photos and details of the issue.

Return Address

- The return address is set by default to the Printful or Printify facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

- If Printful or Printify’s facility is not used for returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is a defect or error in the order.
