Returns and Exchanges

Since all products are made-to-order and created specifically for you, returns and exchanges are not supported in the following cases:

• If the customer orders the wrong size or color.

• If the customer changes their mind after receiving the product.

Important: Returns are not required, as all our items are custom-made.

Refunds and Replacements

We offer free replacements or refunds (credited to your BL Fan Store balance) in the following situations:

• The product was damaged during production or delivery.

• There was a manufacturing error in the product.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us at admin@commetivebyaam.com within 30 days of product delivery.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.

• If multiple products are affected, ensure all items are visible in one frame.

Exceptions

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements in the following situations:

• If the order was placed with incorrect shipping details.

• If the wrong size, color, or item was selected during purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing their orders.

• Photos/videos of the issue.

Shipping Policy

We’re a small indie creator-run shop, so every DVD is packed with love and care.
But if something goes wrong, we’ve got your back 💙

📝 Our Policy:

  • If your DVD arrives damaged, or you're not satisfied for any reason, just let us know within 15 days of receiving it.

  • We’ll offer a 50% refund as a thank-you for giving it a chance.

  • We may request a photo of the issue if the product is damaged, so we can improve future packaging.

💸 Refund Method:

  • Refunds are processed via PayPal only.
    Please make sure to provide your correct PayPal email when contacting us.
