1. SHIPPING POLICY

How We Ship (Hybrid Fulfillment) To bring you the best variety of products, we operate with a hybrid inventory system. This means your order may be shipped from different locations:

  • Digital Products: Delivered instantly to your email.

  • Apparel & Merch (Print-on-Demand): Produced and shipped by our partners in the USA/Europe.

  • Exclusive Collections (Books & Limited Stock): Shipped directly from our studio in Thailand.

Processing & Delivery Estimates

  • Production Time (Apparel): 2–7 business days.

  • Handling Time (Thailand Stock): 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping Times:

    • USA & Europe: 5–15 business days.

    • International: 14–30 business days.

  • Note: If you order multiple items (e.g., a T-shirt and a Book), they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders shipped internationally (especially from Thailand), the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country.

  • We cannot predict these costs.

  • If a package is returned because duties were unpaid, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong Address & Lost Packages Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

2. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Digital Products Due to the nature of digital assets (e-books, guides, templates), all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical Products (Apparel & Merch) Our apparel is made-to-order specifically for you. Therefore:

  • No Returns for Size/Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size issues or buyer's remorse. Please check the Size Guide carefully.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a misprinted or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

Exclusive Items (Shipped from Thailand) For books and collectibles shipped from Thailand:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if the item is unopened and in original condition.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Thailand.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
