From a Small Room in Thailand to Commetive By Aam LLC in the USA

For many years, COMMETIVE by Aam has been working as an independent filmmaking and content studio based in Thailand. We started with small films, small series, and soundtracks recorded in a small room, and slowly our work began to reach audiences and supporters from many different countries.
At some point, our main clients and key partners naturally shifted to international companies and platforms, especially those based in the United States.
To work together in a more structured way and to build a clearer long-term future, we decided to restructure the ownership of all our intellectual property.
Instead of holding everything in a personal name, all rights are now placed under
Commetive By Aam LLC – a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
We have also moved our core business records and IP management system under this US entity, to stay transparent and to open new paths for global growth.
Why move everything under Commetive By Aam LLC (USA)?
This change has very clear goals: it is not about leaving Thailand, but about giving our stories a stronger base to grow from.
We want to
• Become a reliable international partner that global platforms and companies can work with more easily.
• Handle contracts, copyrights, and multi-country revenue in a way that is clearer, more transparent, and safer for both our partners and us.
• Open the door for new projects that might involve international investors or co-production partners in the future.
• Gain access to funds and support programs for independent filmmakers that are available to US-based entities and global creators.
What is not changing
Even though the company is now under Commetive By Aam LLC (USA), some very important things remain exactly the same:
• We are not leaving Thailand. We will continue to work in and with Thailand, just as we have before.
• We will keep offering production services, content creation, courses, and workshops for clients and collaborators in Thailand and abroad.
• Our rates and working terms for existing clients do not change just because we now have a US company.
Setting up an LLC in the US is about making our business structure stronger, not about using it as an excuse to raise prices.
For us, creating a company in the United States is not about “running away” from where we started.
It is about having one more home base that makes it easier for stories born in a small room in Thailand
to travel further and reach audiences and partners around the world.
Thank you to everyone who has been with us since the days when we had no idea we would ever get this far.
Today, COMMETIVE by Aam is no longer just a name in the end credits.
It has become a small studio with a home in both Thailand and the United States —
And we still want to keep telling stories for you, just like we always have. 🖤

หลายปีที่ผ่านมา COMMETIVE by Aam ทำงานทุกอย่างในฐานะคนทำหนังอิสระจากประเทศไทย
เราเริ่มจากหนังเล็ก ๆ ซีรีส์เล็ก ๆ เพลงประกอบที่อัดจากห้องเล็ก ๆ แต่ค่อย ๆ มีผู้ชมจากหลายประเทศเข้ามาดู เข้ามาสนับสนุนมากขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ
จนวันหนึ่ง “ลูกค้าและพาร์ทเนอร์หลัก” ของเรา กลายเป็นบริษัทและแพลตฟอร์มฝั่งอเมริกาแบบเต็มตัว
เพื่อให้เราทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างเป็นระบบ และวางอนาคตให้ไปไกลกว่าที่เคย
เราจึงตัดสินใจ ย้ายโครงสร้างลิขสิทธิ์ผลงานทั้งหมด
จากการถือในนามบุคคล ไปอยู่ภายใต้

พร้อมทั้งย้าย “ฐานข้อมูลและระบบจัดการผลงาน” ที่เกี่ยวกับบริษัทไปอยู่ภายใต้สหรัฐอเมริกา
เพื่อความโปร่งใส และเพื่อเปิดช่องทางใหม่ ๆ ให้เราเติบโตในระดับสากลมากขึ้น
ทำไมต้องย้ายไปอยู่ภายใต้ Commetive By Aam LLC (USA)?
การเปลี่ยนแปลงนี้มีเป้าหมายชัดเจน คือการทำให้ COMMETIVE by Aam ก้าวไปอีกระดับ โดยยังไม่ทิ้งรากของเราในประเทศไทย:
• ทำให้เราเป็น พาร์ทเนอร์ระดับสากล ที่แพลตฟอร์มและบริษัทต่างประเทศทำงานด้วยได้ง่ายขึ้น
• จัดการเรื่อง สัญญา ลิขสิทธิ์ และรายได้จากหลายประเทศ ให้ชัดเจน โปร่งใส และปลอดภัยทั้งสำหรับเราและพาร์ทเนอร์
• เปิดประตูให้โปรเจกต์ใหม่ ๆ ที่อาจต้องคุยกับ นักลงทุนหรือพาร์ทเนอร์ต่างชาติในอนาคต
• เปิดโอกาสให้เราได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ กองทุนและโปรแกรมสนับสนุนผลงานจากนักทำหนังอิสระ ในต่างประเทศอย่างแท้จริง
อะไรที่ “ไม่เปลี่ยนไปเลย”
แม้บริษัทจะไปอยู่ใต้ Commetive By Aam LLC (USA) แล้ว แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้ยังเหมือนเดิมทุกอย่าง:
• เรา ไม่ได้ทิ้งประเทศไทย และยังทำงานในไทยเหมือนเดิม
• เรายังรับงาน โปรดักชัน / คอนเทนต์ / คอร์ส / เวิร์กช็อป จากไทยและประเทศอื่น ๆ ตามปกติ
• เรทราคาและเงื่อนไขการทำงานกับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน ไม่ได้เปลี่ยน เพราะจดบริษัทต่างประเทศ
การจด LLC ที่อเมริกา คือการทำให้โครงสร้างธุรกิจแข็งแรงขึ้น ไม่ใช่ข้ออ้างในการขึ้นราคา
สำหรับเรา การตั้งบริษัทในอเมริกาไม่ใช่ “การหนีจากที่เดิม”
แต่คือการมี “ฐานอีกใบ” ที่ทำให้เรื่องราวจากห้องเล็ก ๆ ในไทย
เดินทางไปถึงผู้ชมและพาร์ทเนอร์ทั่วโลกได้ง่ายและไกลขึ้น
